CHARLIE LOUVIN
Country Music Hall Of Famer Charlie Louvin is finishing his album with producer Mark Nevers (Lambchop, Bobby Bare Sr.) in Nashville. The album features guests like Will Oldham, Jeff Tweedy, Tom T. Hall and Elvis Costello to name a few. The first single, "Must You Throw Dirt in My Face", a duet with George Jones, is now available for download at your favorite online store in advance of a February '07 release for the album on Tompkins Square.

PETER WALKER - A RAGA FOR PETER WALKER - COMING OCTOBER 24th, 2006

Peter Walker recorded two "American folk raga" albums for Vanguard in the 60's and was "musical director" for Dr. Timothy Leary's "Celebrations." His first recordings in 37 years will appear on the album, alongside tips of the hat from those under the influence : James Blackshaw, Thurston Moore, Jack Rose, Greg Davis, Steffen Basho-Junghans and Shawn David McMillen. He'll tour for the first time since the 60's with Jack Rose in November and December.
